By using this website or registering for a training, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Free trainings
- Our trainings are free to register for and to watch. No card is required.
- Trainings may be pre-recorded and shown at scheduled times. Session times, content and availability can change, and a replay may be available for a limited time only.
- During a training we may present paid programmes. You are never obliged to buy anything.
- Please be respectful in the chat. We may remove messages or participants that are abusive, spammy or off-topic.
3. Paid programmes
If you buy a programme, the price, payment options, what is included, and any guarantee or refund terms are shown on the order page before you pay. Those terms, together with these terms, form your agreement with us. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
4. Results disclaimer
We share examples of results achieved by Filippo and by students, such as numbers of gigs booked. These are individual results and are not typical or guaranteed. What you achieve depends on your music, your market, the time and effort you put in, and many factors outside our control. Nothing in our trainings or programmes is a promise of income, bookings or any specific outcome.
5. AI tools
Our trainings show how to use artificial intelligence tools as part of a booking system. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for checking any information, such as venue details or contact addresses, before relying on it, and for how you use third-party AI tools under their own terms.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website and in our trainings and programmes, including videos, text, slides, templates, prompts and tools, belongs to Master Accelerator SL or its licensors. You may use it for your own music career. You may not copy, resell, share, record or publish it without our written permission.
7. No professional advice
Our content is educational. It is not legal, tax, financial or contractual advice. For those matters, please consult a qualified professional.
8. Third-party links and services
Our pages may link to or rely on third-party websites and tools. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
9. Liability
We work hard to keep this website and our trainings accurate and available, but we provide them "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from how you use the information we share. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence. Otherwise, the courts of Girona, Spain, have jurisdiction.
